Oh God!! Don't mind Amanda Lamb, I think she's great, but boring Rachell Allen, she's too prissy for my liking, and she uses the word "and" too much.

I wait with bated breath. Amanda Lamb is very bright in every sense and will no doubt lift this show.

I'm with Chef and Pocket on this one! Amanda Lamb is full of life and wit. And isn't some dull foody.

The formula may actually work now as they've come full circle back to the Great Food Live formula. Amanda Lamb replaces Jeni and MF, MT and TPB become the subservient "boys" that Jeni perennially had on GFL.

We're right back where we started! Finally.

Good point she might be the new Jenni. We shall wait and see. It might be the magic formula. Can't wait.

If it's gone full circle as you say, then why don't they go the whole Hog and bring back Ms. Barnett to present this? It would be instantly transformed from a load of codswallop to an entertaining show by her very presence.

there were times when i got bored with GFL with Jeni Barnett, meaning some days it was good and others boring,so its the same with this new program now a year old ,the presenters i feel have got better and the subjects are interesting even over things like is junk food really bad? is any food really bad? and even the product tests are interesting. with the autumn up and running now it will be interesting what products they have and what they do with them.

Just discovered that Rachel Allen is presenting this and I'm delighted. One of my favourites!!!

And no, you can't have Jeni Barnett back as she's doing a fabulous job on LBC and I really enjoy her show, where SHE is the star!
