Hello,
I'm not sure how to find the instruction book online but i do have a copy of it.If you wanted to make one of those bread mixes you buy in the shops then it tells you how much water to add to a 2lb loaf and then you choose a light or medium colour depending on how you like your bread and then choose option 1 and cook for 3 hours and you get a lovely loaf of bread..
If you need any other help please dont hesitate to ask me..Hope this has helped a little....
