Hi Everyone,
Some recipes are ok, some you might like to try a second time but this is one you will make over and over again(I think) it's simple but is flavorsome it's from Merillees Parker and has appeared on UK TV food recipe file from quite a while ago it's "Lemony Chicken with Roasted Garlic Mash"the web link is [link]
A few tips I have found Season the chicken with good quality sea salt, (don't be mean here) and cook on a really high heat to brown the chick and get some flavour,also use good quality freshly gound white pepper, I think you will be amazed at how good the end result is....
