why cant i watch a recipe on uktv food and then print it out. all i want is the james martin recipe for mushrooms with chili, it isn't on his list of recipes

I can't find the "print friendly" version either. Hope it will be put back soon.

I used to use this site regularly to get recipes, but I can't see a print option now its been updated! I don't want to print the whole page, but it is not always convenient to copy and paste into a word doc. I can see why jasper9 is frustrated!
Am I missing an option?
