Fresh Seasonal Olive Oil

Olive Oil must be fresh - check the date on the bottle, make sure there is a harvest in that country, only buy in a dark bottle and within six months of the harvest date and use within 12 weeks of opening or do not waste your money!! e.g. Now in Sept but only Antipodean oils from South Africa, New Zealand, etc
