Keeping Hollandaise?

Great demo video! Can you pre-prepare hollandaise and keep it for reheating or does it have to made fresh each time? Thanks!

Great - thanks a lot Cheese Obsessive. Delia's recipe is less complicated and "wrist heavy" too. It does seem to be an inherently unstable sauce though, so the wide necked Thermos flask would seem to be the most practical way to go, even though this will mean that pre-preparing can only be a few hours, at most, ahead of serving time.
