Mad why is it when we need help with healthy eating we still have to pay
for someone to assist us!!!!! why can't i just click onto a diet plan without having to pay for it?

fruit sugar is a good alternative to artificial sweetener too, although it is not as low calorie as sweetener, it is a third sweeter than sugar, so you can use a third less!

You can use all your old cookery books. Just convert the recipes by using lower fat spreads and in some instances you could use granulated sweetener instead of sugar. Go to here for some lower calorie recipes that use sweetener instead of sugar. I have been going to a slimming club for just over 12months and I have lost 3st.3lb. I convert all my recipes where possible.

You can click onto a Calorie Counter guide on several of these programmes ( for free) then try to write down the calories of everything you eat keeping them under 2000 calories, or less if you can manage it. It doesn't produce miracle results but is a long slow process that isn't too painful!
The recipes they would give you are probably no different from hundreds that you already have.
