would it be accepted by the rest of the family to make your profiteroles and fill with cream as normal. chill well and pour over a hot chocolate sauce made with cocoa powder, cream, honey and butter just before serving?

Chocolates made by Kinerton are made in a nut free zone. However if chocolate has been made in an enviroment that also produces other nut products it will state "may contain traces of nuts" or "not suitable for nut allergy sufferers". If nothing is written on the wrapper it will be fine for you to use.
