Nathan didnt you have this thread a while ago and get some good response? I think that a recipe like lasagne, bolognaise etc is one of those recipes that we all know the basics but then adapt to our own tastes till you find the one that you personally favour, so good luck and hope you can experiment till you get it just how you like it. love kimi.x

Hello Nathan -

There is a Tamasin Day Lewis recipe on site, which is really good. Use this link.

this is my get in from work quickish recipie, sometimes I make the sauce the night before and let it cook slow so is tender.

Mince, can be pork mince, chicken or minced beef
onions or shallots
red wine
pesto sauce
fresh basil
two jars of passata sauce
black pepper
garlic
bit of milk for the mince, makes it tender
mushrooms
Can fry off the mince with some lardons or pancetta cubes too.

easy cook lasagne sheets

for the white sauce, one tub of four cheese fresh sauce, tesco or somewhere, and home made basic white sauce, mixed together.

Grated cheese for the top Smile

cook slow in the oven on about 150' for about 1 hour 15 mins
