Mexican/cowboy puddings

what about good old rice pudding i believe they call it spotted pup the way the cowboys eat it, they add raisins to the recipe...

tequila sorbet,,celaya milk cream,fried bananas, fruit kebabs,churros you could dip them into melted choclate will have another look through my books for you in the meantime (the fruit kebabs are lovely as are the churros)

They always seem to just have pie - apple pie (just like momma makes!) or cherry! Ice cream, maybe?
