Does anyone have a recipe for veggie marshmallows? I cannot find them in any shops, and all the recipes for them contain gelatine.

I now I am not a veggie but have you tried looking for recipes using agar agar or is this the same as veggie gel?? There are some recipes on google.

of course now i can't remember the name of it, but i was just at safeway looking for gelatine leaves and there was a vegetarian gelatine next to the powdered gelatine. i don't know if it was the vegi-gel that jennifer just mentioned, but thought i'd let you know. it's in a green and yellow box. good luck

Nope!! Vegi-Gel definitely doesn't work on these, a good challenge for someone here I think..

I had the same problem, tried making them with Vegi-gel but they did not work, I have found a couple of recipes on the internet, but the feedback on them was very negative :(
