This subject has been discussed in great detail on both www.recipe-uest.com in the US (who have a lot of UK contributors) and the BBC, at RQ there is a search facility but not on the BBC site. You should be able to get some more information from these sources.

I do remember years ago someone using a piping bag with a nozzle in the end to make sausages. Might be worth a try, but it did look a bit messy.

Hi I have found a web site www.sausagesource.com who stock a selection. They are in the US but if they have what you need I guess would ship to Europe :0) Alternatively do GFL not have a forwarding address or e-mail for Antonio Carluccio? He has guested on the show many times - at worst they could ask him next time he's on!! Good Luck! Sue

Thanks Debbie & Karen for there response I live in Tenerife and any help is appreciated if anyone can help that would be great very cold at night at the moment 15 deg though 70 deg during the day Yvonne
