Kenwood Chefs have a sausage filler attatchment.

This subject has been discussed in great detail on both www.recipe-uest.com in the US (who have a lot of UK contributors) and the BBC, at RQ there is a search facility but not on the BBC site. You should be able to get some more information from these sources.

I do remember years ago someone using a piping bag with a nozzle in the end to make sausages. Might be worth a try, but it did look a bit messy.

Hi I have found a web site www.sausagesource.com who stock a selection. They are in the US but if they have what you need I guess would ship to Europe :0) Alternatively do GFL not have a forwarding address or e-mail for Antonio Carluccio?
