More years ago than i care to remember, PH and i used to work at a small bakery shop in liscard on the wirral. I am still here on the wirral where as PH went on to become the face of uk good food baker. We didn`t see each other for nearly ahem!!!!! years and finally caught up with each last year at joshua`s christening (Ph`s son). we were inseperable back then and its only work commitments that stop me from seeing more of PH. but hopefully that will change in 03.

Hey Keith,so where on the Wirral are you now?Im in Birkenhead now but have been known to travel to Wallasey to sample the delights of Born and Bread(Paul thank you sooo much the breads where the best)I think we should have a word with Ian and get a PH chat thingy set up,I mean this is getting on for over 300 postings now!!We could have one for the book launch at least!At least now Keith and Paul are reunited we can expect all sorts of fun!!

I much prefer my men on the chunky side, so I'm sticking with the very yummy Mr. Martin as my favourite chef, both looks wise and entertainment wise, although I have to say that PH does come second.

Hmm.... I have a problem here cos I adore them both, since I first saw them together on James Martins show ages ago.

Jill I`m sure PH can put us right on the current situation of Mr Martins belly, or maybe he could join us and tell us himself.
As for baby pictures, I haven`t got any cos PH was 18 when i first met him. I just wonder if PH remembers events like- climbing on top of the house in Rowson st. or the doberman chewing through my seat belt in my car, or the afternoons in new brighton baths, or the whole in the wall behind the bar at the hollywood bar (sorry john!).

Sorry PH I don't remember what the series was called, in fact at that time I didn't even know your name, I just recognised the face later. But I remember you being one side of a large table/worktop and JM the other, you were making different breads and JM made various other things
