i have a bag of chocolate coated coffee beans given to me at xmas, I didn't know you could eat them raw! can coffee beans be used in any dishes that you know of?

yes they can be eaten (I don't think they are raw they should be roasted before coated in the choc) very nice with a good cup of coffee, I also once put some slightly smashed up ones in coffee ice cream

I'd use them as decoration on top of chocolate mocca mousse or a coffee cake.....or as karen says with a good cup of coffee after a meal.

Can anyone help?????? Rick Stein's programme 8th Jan showed a wonderful recipe for Monkfish & Scallops, have spent hours today visiting bookshops. Am happy to buy the book, need to know what book or is there another way I could get my mitts on the recipe??
