Uh oh! The ball bearing has gone (thanks hubby for the technical details) in my bread machine and I've now got to order another breadpan! Duck bread from now on .. quack quack (hummmph).

Trudi thanks for all the ideas the bread doesn't last for more than one day so no problem with ingredients.

as much as I would love the idea of a breadmaker and the lovely smell of bread first thing in the morning - I would still prefer Paul Hollywood on my worktop than a machine.
