Diod anyone else see the Nigel Slater programme earlier this week when he made those gorgeous choccy truffles? Unfortunately I was called to the 'phone before I could get my wits together and copy down the recipe.

Did anyone else here see the programme and happen to jot down the quantities etc?? I'd be grateful for any help here cos I really NEED to make those chocs!!!!!

I saw it too! I think it was 200g of chocolate (the good stuff 70-80%) and 75ml of cream. I can't be positive though. But going to be having a go at the weekend. (probably just end up eating the bowl of chocolate!)

Yes, it has all the recipes featured in his program + more. The book is called Real Food.

Maria, I was also going to ask what the book was called, but you've just answered it for me. I haven't seen Nigel make the truffles, but I've seen some of the other lovely recipes. Will definitely be buying the book. Amazon here I come!
