Hi ppl,

Hope i have the right section if not oops!!

Is there away of making your OWN garlic olive oil, i know you can buy it but was wondering if you can make it yourself for a change, thanx

heat (needs to be hot but not hot enough for frying!) your oil and add whole garlic cloves, cook for a few mins then leave to cool and you should get garlic flavoured oil
