Been given a recipe which includes the above ingredient. Never heard of it myself. Anyone out there ever heard of, seen or used Vanilla Honey? And if so where can I get it in the UK or can someone suggest an alternative?

Vanilla Honey is vanilla blended with honey. Nice flavour! I make an ice-cream in which I replace caster sugar with honey and add vanilla seeds.
