I have now given upon uktv food. It seems to be spiralling down into some non-descript bog of repeats and those who try too hard (market kitchen a prime example!) Many disliked Jenni, but surely the fact that she had such character and wasn't "twee", made the programme more than just a cookery show, but an entertaining talking point also. I am dissappointed greatly by the current schedule - wake up producers lets have more outspoken individuals who want to learn with us, not merely talk at us!!

A feeling shared by many CassS. UKTVFood is going down the road of so much TV, like the switch to Dave, reality TV, etc. All plastic productions focussed on celebrity names and poor quality content. Why? Because it's cheaper and we let them get away with it.
