i really like nigella. i have quite a few of her books and i must say i never grow tired of using recipes from them.

hi j_harris2k8! i would vote nigella 80%. i know some people say that they dont enjoy watchin her shows but i really enjoy them. i also like reading her books even when im not planning on cooking as i really enjoy the style of her writing. it's as if she is talking to you as a friend. i also like rachel allen i would probably rate rachel 65%.
i would be interested in hearing your results when you have gathered all your data.

I like Rachel Allen to - 60% - my daughter always calls her the salt lady as she always says 'it just needs a bit more salt' lol

Ching He-Huang is great on Chinese and Lesley Waters is brilliant and down to earth, I always think of her as a country girl version of Nigella.
