I'm trying to find the Peter Gordon recipe for THE most fantastic sweet chilli sauce. I saw him last week on a Nigel Slater programme...but I didn't have pen and paper to hand at the time.....please, can someone tell me the recipe or let me know which of Peter's books, I can find it in?

If you mean his signature dish called Tomato Chili Jam, I don't know which of his books it is in but I have a book called "The Cook's Book" by Ted Smart which is marked at £30 but I am sure you can get it cheaper. Its a fantastic book with lots of recipes and different techniques for preparing and cooking. It is in there as I have made it and its fab. Hope that helps. Chrissie
