Hi
I loved watching someone who is obviously good at plaiting bread. My concern is that in order for me to follow the steps it would have to be slowed down or with a diagram of the various steps in order to simplify the process.
Instead of plaiting the bread you can get a tin that has the plait impressions so you just have to put the dough in the tin to get the same effect. You can order them from www.kitchenercookware.com hope this helps
