We all have posts pulled off now and again for one reason or another and it does feel like you have been really naughty at first, but after a while you realise that its just part and parcel of posting on message boards.

I posted a recipe (on another site) on one thread, it stayed on, posted the same recipe on another thread (same site) and it got taken off ??? I know their rules say something about duplicates but I was left guessing why. It really is best not to take it too much to heart.

I bet everyone that posts has a story to tell about their posts being taken off.

As long as you don't get loads taken off I would just keep posting in your own merry way

Arthur, I wouldn't be so concerned! We all have made posts that were removed. But we never understand why...but this is natural. We always think our posts are "proper" but sometimes they aren't.

Just keep posting. If you make your point lucidly and with sincerity without offending others I'm sure it will "stick"!!

Just look at the 1000's of postings about the awful Market Kitchen production....this is their own programme yet they allow the public to voice their displeasure with what turns out to be an awful programme.

I think the board is handled very well, in a very even manner.

To be honest, how this thread went from Arthur letting off steam complaining about not being able to use the English language, (when we used to ge sensored for using any other language) to once again being a Bring Back Jeni campaign. And why it is still here. I really don't understand.

Oh one is always far better off sticking to the one thinks or says. The we, whether it be the Royal one or not is always a little irritating, often presumptuous, and sometimes completely out of order.
