I do not see, what this programme, worthy though it is, has to do with food. Surely it is more for UKTV Gardens, or UKTV People .

The subject matter, frequently referred to by a euphemism, quickly grew tedious, so I switched channels. It would have been better, to have alternated it, with other issues. 'Green,' is a wishy washy term, jumped on by various parties. How, for example, can anything which burns fossil fuels, or any kind of fuel, be 'Environmentally Concerned?' Air Travel, is an illogical example.
