Have you noticed that Matt giggles just before he talks! I believe the floor manager tickles him or tells him a dirty joke before they start filming. It is in this way, they will convince the viewer that he is really a witty and warm presenter.

Please watch out for it and let me know what you think is making him laugh

I think it is nervous giggling...he is wondering if MF is going to kiss him again.

I thought MF was going to kiss Jane Asher What was she demonstrating a cheesecake !!difficult to follow.

He's probably thinking: "Pleassse beam me up soon scotty!"

or perhaps: "well, it's better than working for living!"

or, it could be that he's just tickled pink that the program is still running - "aren't contracts a wonderful thing!"

or conversely, some form of manic defence mechanism - i.e. "I just can't believe I've signed up to this!"

or maybe, "when they said: would you like to be on Hells Kitchen? - I thought they meant with Gordon Ramsay, not his other half and this crowd!"
