Does anyone have any recipes using quinoa, i have bought a packet and do not know what to do with it.

l v I often make a curried quinoa which I love with lamb or chicken. Quinoa is relatively tastelss, so spice it up a bit.

I often omit the peas and generally chop in a whole jalapeno chili. You'll love it. And, quinoa is gluten free!

The quinoa can be substituted with bulghar wheat or even couscous
