basky, I don't know either. Does she own a restaurant? While it's nice in some ways, there seems to be a lot of completely unknown chefs lately for some reason. Cost reduction?

Either I'm missing it or they aren't explaining where they're coming from?

And most of them are not REAL chefs like we had on GFL. I also find Diana Henry irritating, her voice is very grating. Don't know where she's sprung from, probably a friend of a friend, like the Harts with TPB!!!

If you don't know where these chefs come from , just look at "chefs and presenters ", this will give you all the information you need to go and try out their establishments.
A lot of the chefs on GFL were relatively unknown to the general public before they appeared on the television .
Perhaps like GFL before it , MK wants to allow some other talented but unknown chefs the opportunity for television exposure . Good for them !
