It may seem strange , but I cannot find just ordainary plastic bottles with a spout to transfer large bottles of oil into .
It seems that every chef on the television uses these for oils , dressings etc , yet I have hunted high and low and come up with ...zilch !
Any ideas anyone please ?

Jack

Not sure what you mean. Is it the bottles with a metal spout for pouring oil, in which case all you need is a pourer, or is it the little squeezy bottles - like ketchup and mustard bottles?. Have you tried Lakeland?. They have heaps of stuff which might suit.

Thanks jannymac , it's the little squeezy bottles , Lakeland don't have them I've looked.
It seems so simple , yet when you actually start to look , they are proving extremely elusive. I've tried craft shops , they have plastic bottles ,but they are too small .

Just had a quick look on the internet - try: bettysbypost.com they're on there at £1.50 - not had time to see what their minimum order/postage costs are. Good luck.

If you've got something like a £ shop near you or a warehouse/factory type shop they're good places to look for them too.

I got mine at Trago Mills in Devon - think I paid about 40p each for them.

I have looked on Nisbets, are these the ones you mean [link]

If not, posset, go to the page you have found them on and copy and paste the URL

If you are not sure what I mean by that, this should help.

Right click on the address bar at the top and highlight the URL (the line that starts [link]
When you right click on it it should highlight and a box appear saying cut copy paste delete come up
Click on copy
Then come to the box you are typing your post, left click where you want the addess to be then right click and a box should appear saying paste.
Click on paste and the URL will appear.
Once you post your message this will be turned into a link by the website software.
