Does anyone out there have a decent recipe for Tomato Ketchup.... bought a load of toms yesterday... and have been researching all morning....
AND
I get 80% sausage meat sent from England which I freeze when I require it... but I did wonder if I could make it myself!... I got my local butcher to mince down some belly pork......wonder if this will work
I also bought 4 Pigs trotters to make the gelatonous gravy for a raised pork pie... am going to be busy!
