Which company makes decent baking trays and where do we get them Confused

If it's baking trays for cakes etc then the best are Silverwood. If it's roasting tins then you can't go wrong with Mermaid (or Le Creuset cast iron).

There's a fab shop near where I live that recommended these to me - Art of Living in Reigate. They also have a website (www.artoflivingcookshop.co.uk) or another shop in Cobham.
