Can anyone please give me a good Pork curry recipe? On Friday I have guests coming for a dinner party and want to make a nice curry (maybe the day before) Also I would like to make a nice chinese style soup any ideas?. Thank You

As far as chinese style soup is concerned. An easy way to do it is use some good chicken stock, add to this some nice fragrant things lemon grass, ginger garlic you can either grate it into the stock or slice it finely add a bit of heat fresh chilli finely chopped bring all of this together then you can add many thing to it. I like to add shredded pak choi and pre soaked noodles. This is you base then you can add cooked chicken, prawns or steak. Add in fresh herbs at the end and it is delicious and very easily made in advance. Hope this is a help

i know its probably not authenticly chinese, but a good squeeze of lime would probably be nice in that aswell, to make it into a sort of hot and sour soup.
