Where are they ? These days we are constantly being told that many in the UK are obese but where are your programmes dealing with this very important issue. Pretty well all your programmes deal with butter, cream full fat cheese. Come on UK TV food get with it - show us all how we can eat more healthily !

i totally agree, i have recently embarked on an extremely healthy eating programme. i love watching cooking programmes, but most of them never show healthy food, and they just give me the most horrendous cravings for high fat food (nigel slater and nigellas programmes are particularly bad for this!).
i wish someone would make a programme about low fat, healthy food.

This is an issue that should be raised on a wider level I think.

It is time GFL dedicated at least a week to Healthy eating, I know it is supposed to be common sense, but we all need some encouragement now and again. Come on GFL help us out here.

It's now 2 weeks since I brought the issue of healthy eating on UK TV Food but we are still treated to a daily diet of butter, cheese and copious amounts of cream etc. Does anyone from UK TV Food read these messages - nobody from the programme organisers has bothered to reply - or is there some other avenue to use to get this message through - THERE ARE LOADS OF PEOPLE OUT HERE WHO ARE DESPERATE TO SEE AT LEAST ONE PROGRAMME DEALING SOLELY WITH HEALTHY EATING - are you all asleep at UK TV Food !!

i agree with you betty, the trouble is, it takes a long time for programmes to be comissioned/bought, and i expect all of the GFL programmes have already been written/planned out, up until the time when they will stop altogether.
