I have tried emailing the contact us link several times to find out why I suddenly stopped getting the UKTV FOOD newsletter. I only got proforma replies that did not address the problem It has been over 8 months now and if I try to re-register, the site won't allow it. Is anyone else having the same problem?? and if UKTV is monitering this page can they PLEASE post a reply

Did you stop getting the newsletter around the time you changed provider? Or have you updated a firewall setting on your email account?

Please let me know if either of these are the case.

no, the changes took place before the newsletter stopped

Someone from our technical team has looked this and they’ve assured me that the newsletter is being sent to you from this end. It’s worth checking your firewall as sometimes providers update them automatically. Thanks, A.
