HELP!!!! I have been asked by my Father for some veggie buffet ideas. It is for about 100 people and is strictly finger foods but as healthy as possible. We have the idea of bruschettas, falafels, vine leaves but are pretty stuck otherwise! It is for a lauch party in a juice bar so could do with being as posh as poss! If anyone has any ideas I would be sooooo grateful!
Thanks.

I did my daughter's 18th in February - I came on here to plead for help ..... and lucky for me .. I got it!

Someone suggested cherry tomatoes and mini mozzarella balls with a basil leaf on a cocktail stick - they were really successful and will always be on the menu here when I'm doing a buffet.
I also had some veggie samosas, onion bhajis and mini vegetable spring rolls that I'd bought in the Cash & Carry.... not too healthy I know.

My original thread was this one [link] so if you want to look that up there may be some more ideas that I've forgotten about. I think someone posted a link to another website with loads of buffet ideas and recipes. Good Luck anyway Hug

Thanks for the info. I think a caterer would be great but, the juice bar is in Spain and my Dad is a stingy g*t!!!

mini asparagus, lemon and ricotta tarts - let me know if you want recipe...

also stuffed cherry tomatoes - scoop out inside of tomatoes, stuff with mixed goats cheese, chopped basil and black pepper. (or you could also stuff with rice spiced with cinamin, or cardamom or chilli to be different)

shot glasses filed with soup (again hot or cold) can obvioulsy do chilled melon soup, minted pea soup or chilled cheese and cucumber soup- my fav is a creamy roasted red pepper soup (altho I like it warm)-

There are lots of vegetarian websites - google will find.

The more research you do yourself, the more you will get out of the project Smile

Why do you hate cooking?
