I thought Mike's Heaven's Kitchen cookbook programme was great but would love to know if there are any plans to produce a book of the recipes in the series.

Personally, I think this Mike guy is the most sick ever chef I ever seen in my life. Why he has to eat so much meat, from rabbit to big's feet? I think chefs are suppose to introduce healthy diet to people, this Mike, his unhealthy meaty diet is gonna kill people. God, I cant even start thinking about his food.....
