I have successfully grown half a dozen cayenne pepper plants and my chillis are now turning red. However, I do not know the best way to preserve them as I can't use them fast enough! How do I dry them for example and can I dry green ones too?

you can freeze chillis succesfully, or make some pickling juice and sling em in that.
