Graca Queen...sorry, I haven't been on-line for a few days and have only just seen your request. I see that Rosti has given the recipe to you now. You can also see it on The Times website. We first saw it in the Sunday Times magazine a few weeks back.

Sorry this took so long Graca Queen, I only just read this thread properly as I thought it was just about the hazelnut liqueur.

Does anyone know where I can find this recipe other than the sunday supplement. I typed in 'peanut and cherry pudding' on this site but no recipe was found. Rosti, you are good at this sort of thing - help! Cheeky

Thanks to all who replied to my question re Frangelico. We finally hunted it down to a Brighton Oddbins, although it seems not all of their outlets sell the same thing! We also found it a couple of days later in Waitrose in Lewes, for a few pounds less than we paid at Oddbins!
The pudding was a great success and can recommend it.

I would think you could use amaretto instead although it is an almond flavour rather than hazelnut

I am sure you could use anything with a nutty flavour. Not too clued up on liquors so you would just have to browse at your local bs. What do other posters think? Frown
