Does anybody have any ideas for easy healthy desserts? I can't seem to think outside the box beyond fruit or yoghurt! (Well there's fruit salad obviously.....) Embarrassed

A favourite in our house at the moment is a mixture of blueberries, strawberries and raspberries - particularly when they're on offer at the supermarket.
Jellies are also a good low-fat dessert.
