Hey,
I make my mum a shortbread cake from time to time. Its basically homemade lemon curd sandwiched between to shortbread layers. It truely yummy as the lemon curd cuts throught the sweetness of the shortbread. Does anyone have any recipes that are good to use lemon curd with? I fancy a new recipe to suprise my mum with. xx
