Hi can anyone please tell me how I can preserve Basil. I have grown my own this summer and have a glut of the stuff it would be nice if I could still be using it in winter.thanks

Well you could always freeze it which is good .when you come to make a dish just take out of freezer and break into your dish, other thing you could do is make pesto..Its got to be one of my favourite herbs... hope this helps.
