I was wondering if anyone had the recipe for Gary Rhodes 17 Egg Custard Tart. I've tried searching for it but without success. Look forward to hearing from anyone.

I haven't got the recipe for Gary Rhodes Custard Tart, but the Marcus Wearing one that the judges were raving over on the Great British Menu looks pretty good. That is being served to the Queen later this week...Is that good enough for you??

Thanks for that Jennifer, will have a try at that receipe, but I would still like to find the Gary Rhodes recipe. I have a feeling that it's in his New British Classics book, which I haven't got. A friend had the receipe and he's lost it.
