although I dont live in or have any knowledge of Manchester, I am a Half Turkish Cypriot woman from London, and use orzo frequently. It is a very popular and widely used pasta in turkish and cypriot cooking. I always buy mine from the many turkish groceries and delis in London.
I don't know if you have anything similar near you but you should also try moroccan, middle eastern or greek stores. If you have any restaurants serving these cuisines, and dont know of any such afore mentioned shops, ask the staff. If they are authentic, I guarentee they should know where to find such a store.

"Mitsides"- they are baseed in Nicosia ,Cyprus
perhaps you can google and contact them- so they can help you?

Have you tried looking on online supermarkets? (all the big chains,I think,do online shopping)
They also sell it on my local Cypriot deli,but it's not as cheap
