Hi can anyone please tell me how I can stop the vanilla pods from sinking to the botton of the ramakins when making creme brulee. Thanks

Confused As far as I know one is supposed to remove the vanilla pod!?

If the custard is thick enough they shouldn't sink?

Try adding the seeds to the sugar and mixing well before the sugar is added, and add the pod to the milk, then remove.
