Desperately need help here....has anyone made this recipe and if so is the cauli cream supposed to be cold, warm or hot? It doesn't give any clues on the receipe, but it seems the cauli is added to the cream from ice cold water. Cold cauli doesn't sound all that appetizing - or is it me?
Doing this as a dinner party dish tonight so need assistance QUICK!!

All our fellow guests cleared their plates so I guess we can say it was a success. I think the trick is to have the beetroot and cauliflower at room temperature so you get a better taste and flavour. I would recommend this as a dinner party dish that was just a bit different.
