I love the programme and watch every day but get really cheesed off when I hear most chef's use the expresssion `like so' - they use it so much! Why is this and can they say something else before I blow my brains out.

Actually, the phrase that actually cheeses me off the most is when the actual Andrew Nutter says actually 5 times in an actual sentence!

Why let yourselves get so stressed about this? Surely life is too short for such concerns?

Have you ever recorded your own voice and played it back to see if you say certain words perhaps more frequently than you should?

I don't need to record myself Mrs Woof Woof, I hear myself doing it all the time, just can't stop it. I think everyone does don't they?
