Has anyone got a lovely moist fruitcake recipe I can make for Easter ?. Not simnel. Hubby doesnt like it.

Boiled Friut Cake. 150g butter,chopped,300g sultanas,300gcurrants,180g soft brown sugar,1tspground ginger,1tspmixed spice,1tsp cinnamon,1tsp bicarbonate of soda 250ml water , 2 eggswell beaten,150g self-raisng flour.150gplain flour
Heat your oven to 180g/gas 4. In a saucepan combine butter,sultanas,currents,sugar,mixed spice,ginger,cinnamon,biarbonate of soda and water. Bring to the boil stirring,then set asisde to cool, add eggs 1 at a time,beating well with a wooden spoon sift sift in the 2 flours beat well. Pour into a greased cake tin of 22cm(8in) bake for 1 hour until skewer comes out clean. Bake in the centreof your oven.
