Saw Andrew Nutter and Paul Young both using the plastic sheets with chocolate decorations already piped on. Where can I find them? Asked in a local cake decorating shop and they looked at me as if I was mad.
Also browsed the net but no luck.

Try searching under 'chocolate transfers' that might bring some results on the web. I found something similar to what Mr Nutter used but it was on an American website - they might deliver though. Or write to Mr Nutter at his restaurant I bet he'd tell you as he's a thoroughly nice chap!! They should provide details on the website but as with so many things there is not a shred of evidence on this site!!! The presenters are forever quoting this website at us but the stuff we actually want to know about is rarely mentioned on here. Rant over hope this helps!!
