Please can anyone give me any easy peasy cheesecake recipes, must be NO-BAKE! I like fruity ones rather than chocolate/minty/toffeee type ones.

Hi, this is the easiest and lightest cheesecake recipe, works wonderfully with pineapple and stem ginger or raspberriesand passion fruit.
Crush the digestives with walnuts and butter and place in a mould, then in a bowl mix double cream,philadelphia and condensed milk, not too much its very sweet, once these are all mixed together pile onto the biscuit base and refridgerate. Then when you are ready to eat plonk on the topping of your choice, oops nearly forgot its fab with Baileys drizzled over the top, hope this helps.

i have one that is very similar to the above.
its a sharp lemon cheescake but also works with raspberries or peaches etc
crush choc digestives and mix with melted butter and some brown sugar, place in a loose bottom tin and place in fridge to set
mix full fat philadelphia with caster sugar, lemon juice, and double cream til a thick consistency and pile onto biscuit base. top with lemon slices and some grated lemon zest or any fruit of your choice....yummy!!
