Saw him making a basic cury sauce which he then split to make a seperate vegetarian and a meat curry. Didn't get the recipe down and can't find it anywhere. Can someone help? Confused

I was looking for this recipe too, as the one in his book is not the same for some reason. I emailed him to ask for the recipe off the programme but had no reply. Thanks for the post
