We're looking for a viewer to cook along at home for our next Sunday Lunch Live with Michelin-starred chef Marcus Wareing, on the 19th March.

The mouthwatering menu will be….

1. Field mushroom soup with pan fried red mullet
2. Roast rack of lamb with root vegetables, baby potatoes, mint sauce and Garlic scented spinach
3. Lemon posset with sautéed fruit spices.

So if you fancy inviting a few friends or family round and having a simultaneous Sunday Lunch Party with Jeni, Marcus, Matt Skinner and celebrity guest, then drop us an email on greatfoodlive@uktvfood.co.uk and tell us why. The show is live at 11.30 to 1pm and we'll be calling you through out the show to check on your progress.

The email address again is greatfoodlive@uktvfood.co.uk, we look forward to hearing from you.

i would love to do this one day, but i hate fish and not keen on lamb, the recipes for "sunday lunch" are never to my taste, maybe you should ask the viewers what they would like! Wink

Hi everyone and all at GFL, i was lucky enough to take part last month and had a fab time. i really enjoyed the day. i will certainly have another go at home this month and invite a few friends around to enjoy the food. ps the menu sounds fab again. I must be really lucky as both menus have had ingredients which are favourites of mine.

I would brave the freezer again, just for you!!!
Dig out the sprouts, boil them for 2 Hrs. with Bi-carb in the water let them get nearly cold and serve them up for you, to see if you changed your mind about them. Develish Roll Eyes Eek

Oh! Sorry Tina. Post traumatic stress caused by the escapade with the freezer. Must be like the Ice Lolly induced brain freeze Big Grin Hug Wink

Barry (Scott of the Zanussi)

Don't know why that. It's not a Zanussi, it's a Scandinova. Whatever that is?

I would love to take part in Sunday Lunch Live with Jeni and the gang! It would be great simultaneous cooking and speaking with Jeni! The menu sounds fab too. Nice and spring-like which is just what we all need after eating lots of comfort food over the past few months! Leanne Big Grin

Well I've just read on your email that George Galloway is the special guest on SLL. So that's me NOT watching.
